Declaration of the management of Chemical Products Ltd. of Quality Policy, Environment and Safety and health at work.

Chemical Products Ltd. was established in 1997 in the city of Yambol. The company develops its activities in two main directions - production and trade with building and technical thermal insulation materials, used for thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire protection of pipelines, heat pipes, air ducts, facades and roofs. For a year in the company is implemented and certified an Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

QUALITY POLICY, PROVIDING HEALTHY AND SAFE WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

By maintaining an Integrated Management System, Chemical Products Ltd. sets as its main goal to constantly meet the requirements, needs and expectations of its customers offering them quality products by improving the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015; by continuously improving its actions to ensure healthy and safe working conditions and maintaining and developing the implemented Health and Safety Working Conditions Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018, and continuously improving work on environmental protection, the company develops the implemented Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015 when applying the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.

1. QUALITY POLICY

To us it means:

• to develop a market strategy oriented towards the continuous satisfaction of the requirements of the customers as well as the requirements of normative acts established by a legislative body or other empowered body;
• to assert and develop our leading positions in the field of thermal insulation products for construction and energy;
• to increase company’s competitiveness by creating new products, new production technologies and constantly enhancing and developing our staff competencies;
• to meet the Quality Management System requirements and continually improve its efficiency;
• to develop relationships with suppliers in order to ensure high-quality raw materials and items on time;
• to protect and care equally for company’s ownership and customer’s property;

2. HEALTH AND SAFETY WORKING CONDITIONS POLICY

• This policy is aimed at developing all activities, processes, work positions and work equipment in a way that ensures the maintenance and constant improvement of healthy and safe work environment for all associates of the organization, in compliance with the following guiding principles:
• Continuous improvement of work conditions by minimizing the risks to personnel and other related parties whocould be at risk for health and safety related to the organization’s activities, processes and products;
• Obligation to comply with the legal and voluntary adopted requirements regarding health and safety work conditions related to organization’s activities, processes, work positions, work equipment and products;
• Preventing and reducing possible illnesses and injuries associated with the occurrence of accidents and emergencies by maintaining a high level of response to disasters, damages and accidents;
• Reducing the risk of illnesses, accidents and incidents at work by adopting general and specific goals and programs;
• Maintaining the sustainable working capacity of employees, preventing fatigue and stress at work and increasing labor productivity;
• Applying the best available techniques possible and economically feasible approaches;
• Monitoring and measurement of key features of processes and activities related to the provision of healthy and safe working conditions;
• Providing the necessary training and enhancing personal responsibility to ensure healthy and safe working conditions;
• Active cooperation with authorized organizations for monitoring of health and safety at work and all related partiesin solving the problems related to the provision of these conditions.

3. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY

This policy is aimed at development all activities, processes and products in an environmentally acceptable manner, in compliance with the following guiding principles:

Continuous improvement of environmental protection by preventing air pollution, water pollution and waste management; Minimizing and where possible preventing environmental pollution by adopting general and specific objectives and programs; Compliance with the environment related legal requirements relevant to activities, processes and products and their aspects; Sparing consumption of natural resources - gas, electricity, paper and water; Applying best available techniques wherever possible and economically feasible approaches; Transmission of generated waste for recycling as well as its proper utilization and disposal;

• Use of generated industrial waste in new products;
• Directing our target customers to carefully disassemble old insulation which will result in over 70% reuse of the existing insulation as defective insulations to be recycled in granulate used in the building for wall insulation.
