The project proposal aims to increase the level of digitalization in “Chemical Products” Ltd. through implementation of investments for the introduction of technologies in the field of Industry 4.0. Within the framework of the project needs to purchase and implement interconnected tangible and intangible assets assets forming an intelligent automated production line (production system) for lamination with a veil of mineral stone wool slabs. The system includes robotic stations, conveyors modules, thermo-press, veil feeding and cutting mechanism, palletizing area, local controllers (PLC or standard controllers), as well as IoT/sensor layer + cloud monitoring platform, analysis and predictive maintenance. Digitalization will enable a high level of automation of the production process for laminating mineral stone wool slabs, resource optimization and reducing operating costs, which will lead to improved efficiency and productivity, as well as to increased competitiveness of the enterprise in the domestic and international markets. Target groups: employees/workers in the Company, companies operating in the field of technical insulation, others working in the field of construction insulation, construction markets, designers, etc. The main objective of the project proposal is to increase the level of digitalization of the “Chemical products” Ltd. by implementing investments for the introduction of technologies in the field of Industry 4.0. Specific objectives are:

1. Building on the existing results of basic digitalization in the enterprise and application in production processes;
2. Implementation of interconnected tangible and intangible assets forming an intelligent automated assembly line (production system) for laminating with a veil of plates of mineral rock wool;
3. Improving competitiveness in domestic and international markets;
